Poster Venue This year's conference has the opportunity to present your poster in either San Diego or Mexico City. To specify your preference log onto the website with the account associated with your paper and visit the Poster Venue Preference page for your paper. Due to very limited space in Mexico City only selected posters may be presented there. However, even if you are planning to present in San Diego please indicate this as well. The deadline to make your selection is October 3. Mexico City Poster Venue Details The Mexico City program chairs will be selecting papers for presentation in Mexico City. (A number of factors will be taken into account including if the author may reasonably expect to have visa issues with entering the United States but fewer issues with entering Mexico, creating a balance across subfields to ensure MX showcases a representative cross-section of NeurIPS research, diversity & inclusion goals in line with the broader NeurIPS mission, and regional representation. More information will be communicated directly with the authors concerned as needed.) Only papers which have indicated a preference for Mexico City by October 3 will be considered. The selected papers will be notified on October 8. Registration for Mexico City will open after the selected papers have been notified. Authors of selected papers will be eligible to register for Mexico City. Registration will open for these authors after notification. Only one author per paper will be eligible for this restricted registration. Co-authors are welcome to register for the Mexico City event as general attendees. Please note that only one reserved registration is provided per accepted paper. Additional registrations for co-authors are subject to general attendee availability at the venue.
