Exhibitor Levels
Diamond
$90,000 USD
You’ll be provided with an 36m2 (6m x 6m) island exhibit space with aisles on four sidesand a 6.1m
height limit for rigged (a.k.a. hanging) signs and graphics.
You will have the opportunity to apply to present EXPO talks or demonstrations.
You will receive up to twelve (12) complimentary full-access registrations for all official conference
activities and up to fifteen (15) exhibitor badges.
You will also be provided with:
Access to the ICLR 2026 opt-in database of conference registrants who are interested in being
recruited, and their CVs if available;
Use of a lead scanning app; and
Use of a private room for team meetings or recruiting actrivities (by reservation).
Your Company’s logo will be prominently displayed on signage at conference venue, before keynote

You’ll be provided with an 18m2 (6m x 3m) split island or end-cap exhibit space with aisles on three
sides, which shares a common back wall with another split island exhibitor or two side-by-side corner
or back-to-back linear booth exhibitors; no rigged signs or decorations allowed; 2.5m structure
height limit.
You will have the opportunity to apply to present EXPO talks or demonstrations.
You will receive up to eight (8) complimentary full-access registrations for all official conference
activities and up to ten (10) exhibitor badges.
You will also be provided with:
Access to the ICLR 2026 opt-in database of conference registrants who are interested in being
recruited, and their CVs if available;
Use of a lead scanning app; and
