NeurIPS 2025 Child Attendance Policy Age 14 - 17: Minor Attendance Nursing infants and children 14-17 can attend the conference for free with a guardian The guardian needs to register The minor does not need to register or create an account. They will receive their badge when they check in with their guardian The children will need to remain with the guardian at all times while in the venue The children can only attend events where alcohol is not served The guardian will need to sign this waiver when they pick up their badge Age 4 months - 13: San Diego Child Care Reservations are closed. We are at max capacity and cannot accept any more children. NeurIPS is proud to offer free child care for our registered attendees on a first come, first serve basis. Capacity is limited. There is a $1.00 non-refundable charge by Kiddie Corp that is required to make and hold your child's reservation. Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and water will be provided. Parents are responsible for their children's dinner. If you are a no call/no show you will be charged $17.00 per hour/per child for the time of your reservation. If you cancel your child's reservation after November 11th you will be charged $17.00 per hour/per child for the reservation time you signed up for. You will be required to have a conference registration for the date you have made the reservation for your child. For example, if you only have a conference sessions/tutorial registration then you can't make a reservation for your child on Saturday and Sunday without having a workshop registration.
